The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution allegation, in short, is that a sum of Rs. 141670/- was looted by the accused persons from a Bank. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 3.6.2019. Chargesheet/prosecution report has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of confession of coaccused. There is no recovery of any incriminating articles from the possession of the petitioner.
