The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 181 of 2021 registered under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., she specifically stated that as per her sweet will, she fled away with the petitioner and solemnized marriage with him in a temple at Madhepura and started living as husband and wife in Nepal. In the radiological test, the doctor has opined the age of the victim in between 19 to 20 years. It is also submitted that petitioner has

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Sarsi P.S. case No. 181 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
