Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the persons who have engaged in damaging Government property, situated at village-Babhnethi, P.S.-Mirganj, DistrictGopalganj, appertaining to Khata No.108, Survey No.335, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents, for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.
