Wife of the original petitioner Manjulata Devi has sought substitution.

IA No 1405 of 2016 is allowed.

Let the name of Manjulata Devi be substituted in place of the original petitioner.

It is further submitted by Mr Sharma that Service Appeal No 92 of 2014-2015 has already been rejected by order dated 28.12.2015 passed by Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya,.

In view of the said development during pendency of the writ proceeding, he seeks liberty to assail the same in appropriate proceeding.

With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
