The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased.

Considering the status of the petitioner and the allegation against him, the present anticipatory bail application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur (Halai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
