Petitioner is accused in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 353, 435, 332, 395, 12(B), 121(A), 124(A) of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18440 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 26586 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
