In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1082 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the informant had kept his motor cycle standing in front of Apni Kirana shop and when he returned, he found his motor cycle was stolen away. Later on, the said motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner in front of Hiro Honda Agency.

Paras 20, 22 and 23 of the case diary are sufficient indicating implication of the petitioner in the aforesaid incident.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7629 of 2016 (3) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after one year of custody.
