1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 125 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Pappu Kuraisi @ Md. Pappu Quraisi (petitioner) and Md. Arif assaulted by butt of pistol. Thereafter, petitioner assaulted the informant by knife causing injury near his right eyebrow. Further, Md. Ashique with rod and Md. Irshad along with Md. Abid with lathi assaulted. Thereafter, Md. Sabir Kurasi snatched Rs.27,530/- from the informant. Further, on alarm,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by knife causing injury near right eyebrow but then the injury report belies the allegation as the informant has suffered only one injury on the scalp by hard blunt substance. It is next submitted that Md. Sabir Kurasi @ Md. Shabir along with ten others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 42949 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 16.07.2025 by this Court. It is also submitted that while granting the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners of Cr. Misc. No. 42949 of 2025 this Court had recorded that from perusal of the injury report of the informant, it would manifest that the informant suffered only one injury on the scalp by hard blunt substance.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on

No.60094 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 3/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S.
