2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioners are alleged to have obtained appointment, as Special Survey Amin, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners were appointed, as Special Survey Amin, after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66156 of 2024(3) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioners. Moreover, petitioners have already been terminated from service vide letter Nos. 9258, 9267, 9321 dated 15.12.2023.

Considering the fact that petitioners have already been terminated from service, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P. S. Case No. 31 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
