JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66(D) of I.T. Act.

The first information report goes to show that petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused were caught by the private persons and furthermore, the written report goes to show that no money was withdrawn from the A.T.M.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner has got fair antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
