2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 323, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against petitioners is that on 17.08.2021, they executed a sale-deed for the house, which is in possession of complainant, in the name of one Prabhawati Devi and when complainant went to make complain, these petitioners abused & assaulted her and also snatched gold chain and cash of Rs. 10,000/- from her (complainant).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are own Mausi (aunt) of complainant. There is partition dispute between the parties, for which, a title suit, vide Title Suit No. 01/2023, is also pending between the parties in the Civil Court, Buxar. Moreover, the dispute is purely of civil nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for complainant/opposite party no. 2 opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that dispute is civil in nature and the fact that petitioners are ladies, having clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 650(C) of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
