JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2024 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation and Mr. Nalin Vilochan Tiwary, learned AC to GA-3 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the sole petitioner has died during the pendency of the writ petition and his wife is also not able to come to Patna, as she is suffering from several ailments and undergoing treatment at Bangalore. He seeks liberty that as and

Patna High Court CWJC No.22674 of 2012(4) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 when occasion arises, the legal heirs of the deceased employee may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

3. Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation shall cooperate with the legal heirs of the deceased employee, as and when they file their representation before the Patna Municipal Corporation.

4. Considering the aforesaid information, I find that the writ petition has abated and accordingly, it is consigned. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U
