2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 76, 352, 351(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per allegation made in the F.I.R., all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, tried to disrobe informant and assaulted her and her family members by means of iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific

Case and counter case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Mankiya Devi and Mohan Sahani have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52866 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Siwan in connection with Asaon P. S. Case No. 122 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section
