The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation it came to light that the SIM used in the alleged crime stood in the name of one Shatrughan Bhagat and the aforesaid SIM had been issued from Sujay Telecom. The petitioner happens to be proprietor of Sujay Telecom. Subsequently, the petitioner and one co-accused, Umesh Kumar, were arrested and Umesh Kumar confessed that he, in connivance with the petitioner, got obtained Identity Card of Shatrughan Bhagat and created forged SIM and subsequently the said SIM was given to one Chandra Kishore.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8629 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. case No. 199 of 2015.
