Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 356, 382, 341 and 411 of the IPC.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it is pointed out that in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Chand who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 26.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51339/2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the
