The petitioners are languishing in custody since 16.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147/148/149/384/435/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner no.1 resorted to fire upon the informant but the informant received no injury then petitioner no.2 put the agricultural house of the informant under fire leading to death of a she-goat. The accused persons also demanded extortion of Rs.1,00,000/- from the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence also. There is nothing on record to suggest that the alleged house was

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura in connection with Chousa (Fulaut) P.S. Case No.23 of 2015.
