Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, investigation has already been completed against the petitioner and the victim is still traceless. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the victim eloped with co-accused, Bajrangi Sah and petitioner happens to be brother of aforesaid co-accused, Bajrangi Sah.
