The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 27/30 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. In fact, the petitioner has no concern with the company. It is also submitted that no one has received injuries and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18083 of 2017 (4) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
