2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 414 of 2025 dated 18.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown miscreants are alleged to have committed loot of Rs. 15,000/- and they also took away Rs. 3,500/- from the bar code of the mobile of the informant on the point of knife. One motorcycle was also recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that at para-60 of the case diary, T.I.P. was conducted and the accused persons were identified by the informant who committed the crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Kaimur(Bhabua) in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 414 of 2025, with a condition:- (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled.
