2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 459 of 2015.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, submits that the petitioner is willing to make repayment of the entire loan of Rs. 11,00,000/- together with interest in instalments within a period of six months. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner seeks provisional bail for a period of seven months.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on provisional bail for a period of seven months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Kshiprachala Anjalee, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 459 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
5. The provisional bail of the petitioner should be confirmed by the learned court below upon its satisfaction that the petitioner has made repayment of the entire loan together with interest to the State Bank of India, KRC Branch, Patna in monthly instalments.
