The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in F.I.R. rather he has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused.
