2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 395, 397 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution story as emerges from the FIR is that petitioner along with his associates looted a truck and some articles.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated

No. 1006 of 2022, order dated 04.01.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 67774 of 2022, order dated 10.10.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 2060 of 2022 and order dated 21.06.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 33491 of 2023. Petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
