Petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that one motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner for which he could not produce any paper.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has purchased the aforesaid motorcycle from Faiyaz Mian believing him to be the rightful owner of the same, but he did not execute any paper with regard to aforesaid motorcycle. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 23.10.2018 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
