2. The present petition has been preferred for modification of the order dated 20.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32673 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 90/2024.

3. The anticipatory bail was allowed on 20.07.2024 and one of the ground was that the petitioner do not have criminal antecedent.

4. Now, in the modification, it has been mentioned that the petitioner do have two criminal antecedents which was not brought on record.

5. The action of the petitioner is deprecated, the petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
