The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 8157 of 2014 , which stood dismissed due to non - compliance of peremptory order dated 11.8.2015. By order dated 11.8.2015 while directing for issuance of notice to opposite party no. 4 it was directed to file requisite within a period of two weeks, which was peremptory order. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence the order dated 11.8.2015 was earlier complied with, but partly. However, subsequently, requisite has already been filed by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 11.8.2015.

Patna High Court MJC No.1299 of 2016 (4) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

Let CWJC No. 8157 of 2014 be restored to its original file.
