JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in Balrampur P.S. Case no. 170/2018 registered under sections under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Taking note of this fact that in huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from a pick up van in which petitioner was found sitting, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage, and accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected for present.
