The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No.321 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 324, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have caused injury to the informant, his wife and daughter by Hasua.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks, the court below will pass an order on the same on its own merit without
