JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being uncle and cousin brother o the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant married his daughter Bibha Kumari with Kanchan Yadav in the year 2013. The relationship was not cordial between the newly wed. On 25.4.2015 the daughter of the informant was killed and the dead body was disposed of in the river.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that omnibus and general accusation has been levelled. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8855 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 2/2 petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Arwal in connection with Bansi P.S. Case No.25 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
