Petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwn (Town) P.S. Case No. 643 of 2018 for the offence under sections 420, 406 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant case was registered after inordinate delay of four months. He submits that petitioner has been made accused in the instant case as petitioner who was driver has purchased the vehicle from the informant and when he insisted for documentation, he has been made accused.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2018.

Considering the fact that there is delay of four months in lodging the present case, let the petitioner, named above, be
