JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 29.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners along with other accused are named in the first information report on the accusation that they assaulted the informant and his other family members. The impugned order reveals that, altogether, four persons sustained injuries but all injured got simple injury. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injuries in the said incident. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Turkauliya P.S.
