This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 417 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant is aged about 65 years, which would be evident from his statement on oath. He has alleged that he had paid Rs.10,50,000/- to the petitioners to get a Government job.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no proof of payment of any money. The age of the complainant does not justify his claim. More over, he himself indulged in illegal activity of back door entry in Government job. Whole allegation is due to some other dispute between the parties. Considering the fact, aforesaid, and substance in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be
