Petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kesharia P.S. Case No.249 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

On raid, 500 gms. of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady.
