This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Triveniganj PS Case No. 294 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant case was registered against unknown. He further submits that despite the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2018 he has not been put under T I Parade and as such petitioner deserves bail.

Considering the fact that the instant case was registered against unknown and the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2018 and he has not yet been put under T I Parade, this

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
