2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 720 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 54, 85, 103(1), 61(2)(a), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of demanding dowry and due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry, the deceased was killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and the petitioner no. 2 is the dewar of the deceased. He further submits that there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63304 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in the case. They are in custody since 24.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 720 of 2024.
