The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been named in the present case only on basis of suspicion. Except suspicion, there is no material on record to suggest complicity of this petitioner. petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24192 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Aurangabad in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
