The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17278 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 70C of 2016 pending in the Court of the learned CJM Sheikhpura to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner went outside the State to earn his livelihood, hence he could not surrender in time.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended
