JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, in view of the fact that fresh cause of action has arisen since the order dated 22.10.2010 passed in Appeal No. 1293 of 2010 and Appeal No. 1294 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.22041 of 2014(5) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 2010 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur, for compliance of which the present writ petition has been filed, has already stood complied with. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
