JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard Sri Ghanshyam Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who has been specifically named as accused in Gopalpur P.S. Case No.21/2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there was case and counter case. He further submits that some of the accused persons have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

However, considering the allegation made in the F.I.R., which suggests that repeatedly the petitioner was
