The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant suspects that his truck was sold away by the driver and driver informed that the truck has been snatched.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR nor there is any other direct evidence against the petitioner save and except criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80267 of 2018(3) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No.22 of 2018, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
