This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Purnahiya P.S. Case No.27 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 1326 litres of Nepali liquor has been recovered from 37 plastic bags.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 03.08.2023, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64305 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Sheohar, in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023. 6.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Piprahi Police Station, DistrictSheohar, on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
