2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43979 of 2025 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024 the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below i.e. learned A.C.J.M.- 1st Class, Madhepura instead of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Udakishunganj.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the above mentioned typographical error in the instant petition the petitioner could'nt surrender.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66391 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.
5. The order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43979 of 2025 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
