In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 310 of 2016 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 380, 427, 337, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
An allegation has been made against the petitioner to have assaulted by iron rod.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Ram Niwas Manjhi is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
