The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.83 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B read with 34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the wife of the petitioner was strangulated to death in her matrimonial home and soon before her death a demand of motorcycle was made from her and for non-fulfillment of the same, she was being subjected to cruelty, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is
