Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that some unknown miscreants committed theft in the office of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and no incriminating material has been recovered from his conscious possession. He next submits that his name has transpired during investigation. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has been identified through CCTV footage and he has got one criminal antecedent of similar
