2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 313 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 30.05.2024 at about 15.30, at the south of the informant's land, soil was being filled by his neighbour Kameshwar Rai. On protest, all the accused persons including the petitioners armed with weapons came there and started abusing and assaulting the informant and his family members. The allegation against the petitioner no. 2 is that he assaulted Sudhir kumar on his head with farsa resulting into

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. The specific allegation against the petitioner no. 2 is of assaulting Sudhir Kumar, who suffered simple injuries.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 313 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
