JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-05-2015 The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 64 of 2015 arising out of Pranpur (Roushna) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 in which charges have been framed for the offences punishable under Sections 323/34, 324/34, 326/34, 307/34, 341, 379, 504/34 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2370 of 2015 with observation that he would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the charges are framed. It is contended that the petitioner is in custody since 7th March, 2014 and the charges have already been framed by the Court below on 7th April, 2015.

No.22915 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2 / 2 Regard being had to the observation made in the aforementioned order dated 18.03.2015, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Katihar in connection with Pranpur (Roushna) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 (S. Tr. No. 64 of 2015).
