Earlier an order was passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56611 of 2023 on 29.08.2023.

Due to wrong facts incorporated in the petition itself, the P.S. case was wrongly mentioned as Atari P.S. Case No. 50/1993 in place of Tekari P.S. Case No. 50/1993. As such the order dated 29.08.2023 stands modified as Tekari P.S. Case No. 50/1993.

The modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt thereof has to
