The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.188 of 2016, G.R.No.2021 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 456, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of getting appointment on fake Madhyama certificate.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that if the proper enquiry would have been made, the certificate of the petitioner would not have been found fake and above all the petitioner is ready to co-operate in the investigation and face consequences, if he is found guilt.

It is also submitted that the certificate of one of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36416 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/3 co-accused was also found forged, who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 3.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7099 of 2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks and on his surrender, he will be released on bail bond of Rs.25,000/- in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No.188 of 2016 G.R.No.2021 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Kr. Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffaprur, subject to condition under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that he will cooperate in the investigation of the case and he will also appear before the police as and when required otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled and it is made clear the after submitting the charge-sheet and due enquiry, if his certificate is again found forged, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
