2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 29.11.2022 bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 64155 of 2021 with direction that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after nine months after framing of charge. He submits that a report has been called for in the present case.

3. From perusal of the report dated 13.10.2023 it transpires that the case is pending for prosecution evidence and next date fixed for statement of accused under Section 313 is 19.10.2023 and the trial is likely to be concluded within three months.

4. Accordingly, the application of regular bail is
