JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 07-12-2016 The petitioner in the present petition filed in public interest has sought enquiry into the actions of respondent no.4 on the ground that she has failed in her duties and is running the Nagar Parishad as her personal fiefdom.

Respondent No.4 is an elected representative of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8645 of 2015 dt.07-12-2016 2/2 Nagar Parishad. We do not find that the forum of writ application can be used for an enquiry against an elected person. If any elected representative of the Nagar Parishad has any grievance, one can raise such grievance in the meetings of the Nagar Parishad rather than use of the forum of this Court for redrassal of the grievance. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. (Hemant Gupta, ACJ) (Vikash Jain, J) Sunil AFR/NAFR N. A. F. R.
